I have read comments on ancestry.com today stating that the reward poster of July, 1863 on George Washington Loomis, was actually from the year 1863. For clarification purposes, when was this “reward” poster actually developed and published?

I’m a Loomis descendant who has recently learned about the gang, if there are any tours available in the upcoming year I would like to visit….after learning this part of my family it fills many gaps of questions I’ve always had…I still don’t know who I’m descended from and would like to take the tour and learn more…..my grandfather is Lloyd Loomis and my father is Bernard Loomis, I want to learn more about this side…..it explains my temper and why my father always told me that “your education is something nobody can take away from you”…..I hope you can help me
